How to Install Your Sundial

The average Person  can easily install a Sundial.

Standard Armillary Sphere
The standard Armillary Sphere can be directly fixed through the base plate with brass screws and cups. The Sundial can also be ‘secretly fixed’ with an M8 solid brass stud under the base plate that is bonded or screwed into the pedestal. The Sundial cannot be easily removed if fixed in this way.

Large Armillary Sphere
The large armillary sphere is secured with an M8 brass stud screwed or bonded into the pedestal onto which the sphere is secured.

Wall Sundials
Wall Sundials are simply screwed into the wall with 4 brass screws and cups. They must be fixed level and plumb.

Fixing instructions are supplied with all sundials.

Fitting Service
I am happy to install your Sundial, but I charge £0.35 per mile plus £75 for the installation.
