How to Install

The average Person  can easily install a Sundial.

Armillary Spheres
Armillary Spheres can be directly fixed through the base plate with brass screws and cups or they can be ‘secretly fixed’ with heavy solid brass studs under the base plate that are bonded or screwed into the pedestal. The Sundial cannot be easily removed if fixed in this way.

Wall Sundials
Wall Sundials are simply screwed into the wall with 4 brass screws and cups. They must be fixed level and plumb.

Fixing instructions are supplied with all sundials

Fitting Service
I am happy to install your Sundial, but I charge £0.40 per mile plus £75 for the installation.

I can supply information of how you determine in what direction any given wall faces; its declination.
